MARCH 2019 – Dear Brookside Dentistry patients and friends,
Our practice has moved next door! Dr. Foster has purchased the practice of Dr. Duane Evans, who has retired after 31 years in practice. Dr. Evans’ office space is larger and affords the opportunity to accommodate our growing practice! We are in the same building, just one unit to the east, at 4047 Brookside Avenue, St. Louis Park, MN 55416.
Our first day in the new office was Monday, March 18. During this transition, we will be gradually remodeling some areas of the new space. Thank you in advance for your patience during these updates.
Our wonderful staff will remain the same, and we’re keeping Dr. Evans’ staff as well: Joie, Brigita and Zana.
